Whether you are a beginner who needs more confidence starting an exercise programme, a regular exerciser who needs motivation or a sports enthusiast who wants to improve your performance, I’m here to ensure you don’t waste time and money and focus on getting results!
As a former Finance IT professional turned Personal Trainer and father of two, I understand the stresses and challenges modern work and family life entails. This is why I now dedicate my time and expertise into helping people succeed at their fitness and health goals.
I love all things fitness from extreme adventure sports to Zen yoga. My most recent personal achievement was completing a full IronMan triathlon in Malaysia. Having struggled in the past with back pain, poor weight management and sports injuries, I made a fitness and lifestyle transformation and now feel the best I ever have. I believe you can too!
There is nothing more exciting to me than seeing my clients’ progress. My job as your trainer is not to just put you through a workout, but to teach you what to do and how to do it when I’m not there.
My approach is making sure you’re on a journey that is both enjoyable and sustainable. The more you know about what exercises to do and how to do them correctly, the faster you’ll get to your goal and better you’ll be at maintaining it. Let’s get started!!
